      LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

      • In the unlikely event that your shipment is officially declared lost after investigation, we will do everything possible to replace and reship your order. Refunds are not issued for lost orders.

      Deliveries within the EU
      • Orders shipped to EU countries are sent on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis. This means VAT is included in the price at checkout.
      Deliveries outside the EU
      • Orders shipped outside the EU are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. Shipments may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or additional taxes.
      • par by par does not cover or reimburse international taxes, duties, or brokerage fees, and these costs are not included in the shipping fee. Prices displayed at checkout exclude all import duties and taxes.
      • As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any import duties and taxes required to release your order from customs. We are unable to estimate these charges and recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order.

      Delivery to the UK
      • Orders above £135 are subject to import duty, which varies from 0% to 25% of the item’s value based on its material and declared value. Clothes typically incur a 12% customs duty. Import VAT is then applied to the total, based on the prevailing UK rate, which is usually 20% for most adult items. Additionally, couriers impose an administrative charge ranging from £8 (Royal Mail) to £11.50 (UPS), or 2.5% of the customs clearance amount, with a minimum fee of £11 (DHL).
