Refund policy
When you purchase an item from par by par, we hope it becomes part of your golf ritual. However, if you change your mind, have ordered the wrong size, or the item does not fit as expected, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
To initiate a return, please complete our RETURN REQUEST FORM. Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed return instructions.
Return conditions:
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, clean, and free of damage.
- All garments must be returned in their original packaging with original tags attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Items purchased during sale periods may be returned in accordance with EU law unless explicitly marked as Final Sale on the product page.
EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change the size or item, please place a new order and return the original item following our return policy. Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve or hold stock.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty item or an item different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologise.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing:
- your order number,
- a description of the issue,
- photos where possible.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Faulty or incorrect items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by par by par, and a prepaid return label will be provided.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, in accordance with EU regulations.
Please note that it may take 1–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, except where required by law (e.g. faulty or incorrect items).
